Take the First Step
Reaching out for support can feel like a big decision. Whether you have a specific concern or are simply unsure whether therapy is right for your child, we are here to help you consider the next step.
Free 20-Minute Parent Consultation
Our complimentary 20-minute consultation gives you an opportunity to briefly share your concerns, ask questions about our services, and learn whether The Flow & Flourish Practice may be a suitable fit for your child.
This introductory conversation is intended to provide general guidance and help you decide how you would like to proceed. It is not a clinical assessment and does not provide a diagnosis or detailed treatment recommendations.

45-Minute Parent Assessment
The 45-minute paid assessment is a more in-depth consultation focused on understanding your child’s emotional, behavioural, developmental, and family circumstances.
During the session, Fecha will explore your concerns, your child’s history, current challenges, strengths, and the support they may already be receiving. You will have time to discuss relevant behaviours and experiences in greater detail and receive personalised guidance on whether play therapy or another next step may be appropriate.
Not Sure Which Option to Choose?
The free consultation is suitable if you would like to ask a few initial questions and find out whether the practice may be a good fit. The paid assessment is recommended if you would like Fecha to explore your concerns in greater depth and provide more personalised guidance about your child’s needs and possible next steps.

Send Us an Enquiry
Complete the form below and let us know how we can support your family. Please avoid including highly sensitive or urgent information in the form.
The Flow & Flourish Practice will respond as soon as reasonably possible during working hours. Submitting an enquiry does not establish a therapist–client relationship or guarantee the availability of services.
If your child or teenager is at immediate risk of harming themselves or someone else, please contact emergency services or seek urgent medical assistance rather than waiting for a response from the practice.
