Is Your Child or Teen Trying to Tell You Something?

Sometimes it's difficult to know whether your child's behaviour is simply part of growing up or whether they're asking for help in ways they can't yet express.

Our free Child Wellbeing Quiz has been designed to help parents better understand their child's emotional wellbeing and whether they may benefit from additional support.

Why We Created This Quiz

As parents, it's natural to question whether what you're seeing is simply a phase or something that deserves a closer look.

Many children don't tell us they're struggling. Instead, they communicate through changes in behaviour, emotions, relationships or confidence.

This quiz is designed to help you reflect on what you've been noticing and provide guidance on whether further support may be beneficial. It is not a diagnosis, but it can be a helpful first step towards understanding your child's emotional wellbeing.
