Thank You for Completing the Teen Wellbeing Quiz
Take a moment to reflect on the answers you selected.
If you answered “Yes” or “Maybe” to several questions, it may be helpful to speak with Fecha about the changes or concerns you have noticed. Your teenager may be experiencing emotional, social, behavioural, or school-related difficulties that could benefit from further support.
This does not necessarily mean that something is wrong. Teenagers may find it difficult to explain what they are feeling, and emotional distress can appear through withdrawal, irritability, secrecy, changes in friendships, loss of interest, sleep or eating difficulties, declining school performance, or changes in behaviour.
If you answered mostly “No,” your teenager may not currently be experiencing difficulties across many of the areas covered in this quiz. However, some concerns may be recent, hidden, or limited to one part of their life. You know your teenager best, and you may still wish to seek guidance if something feels unusual, persistent, or concerning.
What Happens Next?
As you have provided your contact details and consented to being contacted, Fecha or a member of The Flow & Flourish Practice may get in touch to discuss your responses, answer your questions, and help you consider whether therapy or another form of support may be appropriate.
Important Safety Information
If your teenager has spoken about suicide, self-harm, wanting to disappear, or not wanting to be alive, do not wait for a routine response from the practice or rely on this quiz result. Stay with them and seek urgent assistance from emergency services or an appropriate crisis service in your country.
This quiz is intended for informational and reflective purposes only. It does not provide a diagnosis and is not a substitute for an assessment by a qualified healthcare or mental health professional.
Understanding is often the first step towards meaningful support.
